The app wouldn't let me check in till the location was open. The same thing happened for the return of the truck. You need to work on the app it's not working

Drop-off super easy. I followed the steps according to the uhaul app.
Vonda PI U-Haul could create a drug that would make moving less sucky, that would be awesome! Everything else with the truck and my experience with East Hickman Self Storage was great!!
Karen CThe location was convenient and the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the ability to use the app for self-check-in and return of the vehicle. It even warned us when we did not return with enough fuel, and we had the opportunity to go top off the tank before returning to ensure we didn't receive any surprise charges. Overall, it was a great experience (except for having to move everything ourselves!)
