I was not provided the dolly I rented with the truck and I still haven't gotten my refund for it. I've been given the runaround since calling about my refund and still no resolution.

drivers side door key lock broken, engine very loud, truck shaky when driven, front lights set too high, vehicle very slow to get up to speed, very loud inside when driving, no wiper fluid
Anthony LHe took the key and sent us off. I asked if there was anything for me to do; he said no. If he had gone with us to check the car, I wouldn't have lost 30 minutes.
ZIHNI AThe tank was left already almost empty, the staff couldn't find my reservation by my first name or reservation number, they said the only rental for that day was for my last name and that's what I gave them. Poor service it took almost 30 minutes to rent the truck!
