The location and the truck were fine but the instructions to fill out a key checkout form was very confusing as it appears I was on the correct screen. Also, with the previous customer leaving 1 mile in the tank, I nearly lost power trying to get to the gas station as I was not aware of the back entrance of the closest gas station so had to driver further to access. Could be useful to note how easy it is to drive straight at the stop sign. The radio volume button in the truck worked but very finicky. The checkout process came as a surprise for some reason but took up a lot more time than I had planned. Would also provide insight to the checkout process and offer a speedier one if willing to pay for it.

Elizabeth AMake sure there is gas in it it was on e when picking up. There should be at least the 1/4 in the tank. Plus a text said they didn't have blankets or a dolly but yet both where in the truck. Whatever chemical is used to clean the back of the truck needed to be air out that strong chemical smell was something else.
