A dog almost attacked me! Also trash everywhere . Store seemed abandoned. I definitely feared for my life. This place needs shut down

They kept changing the location. Never heard from dealer with a code to get the key from drop box. When I got there no one was there. Called backed to back and still no answer. I had to call the toll free number for U-Haul. They couldn’t reach them and apparently they had not put the info on the 24/7. They wanted to send me 15 more miles away which would have put 30 more miles for me to pay. The local people finally called me back and I got my truck thirty minutes after pickup and returned it 2 1/2 hrs early. Pitiful service for almost $90. The lady I talked to at the 800 number was supposed to give me $50 off. That didn’t happen either.
Peggy STried to charge us for not leaving enough gas in it when we actually left more gas than when we picked it up. Put a 57.00 charge on us after we dropped it off. Called 1-800 # and they removed the charge.
