The equipment I selected this place did not have any. I had to drive my personal vehicle to another location in order to get the appropriate equipment and return it back in my personal vehicle. The rental truck wasn't clean nor vacuumed, ashes in the cup holder. I can go on and on, but I just simply won't recommend this establishment to anyone.

Again Total Chaos. Very Poor Customer Service. On the other hand the turn in location in Newnan Georgia was Excellent. I believe the gentleman’s name is Hillary.
William CFor one when your customer are going one way don't send them to a location that is close where you have to drop the key in a box .Theremu is no person there to look over the truck to see if everything is good .That way you are not over charging your customer which is what happen to me .Stop telling your customer that you will charge them a fee if they dont go to a location assigned then when they do you still over charge that is taking full advantage. You wont have a satisfied customer they will not return to you .I wont untill.this issue is resolved .my first reservation was with penke but at the last minute I tried uhaul..
