Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisTruck and keys was turned in the same day of pick up, a month later I have a $3000 bill for charges that I didn’t create due to them not closing my account. I’ve used uhual before and this has NEVER HAPPENED. I’m very disappointed! We were charged for tolls in cities we never went to. Waiting on a call back from U-Haul
Jasmine SNo one was there. I dropped keys in a lock box
Nicole GThe speedometer read 24539 miles when I picked the truck up in Macon Georgia.. the app did not work when I went o pick it up and then I get a bill saying the speedometer read 24 088 and brought back at 24808. It is 239 miles from my house to Macon Georgia. I will be calling and I will be putting a fraud claim on my credit card for the total amount I paid of $559 .65.
Andrea GThere were no personnel available, and the Uhaul Key Dropbox was on a random light pole in a parking lot. It took me longer than I care to admit to find it. There was very little signage, and nobody to assist.
