I wished that this location had a contact number, I left my car keys in the truck and I am not able to reach this location to pick up my keys.

Fix U-Haul app; it didn’t allow me to sign in and when I tried to pull up my info as a guest it said I didn’t have a reservation. Luckily, I was able to do everything through the webpage. The member I spoke to was pretty helpful. If he didn’t call to check in we would’ve been confused. Finding the location was a little difficult because the gps took us 2 blocks away from the actual location.

Gabrielle RWe did not feel safe picking up this U-Haul from this location. There were no U-Haul signs proving this was a U-Haul location other than the one truck we were picking up from the middle of a closed down shopping center.
Shannan MThe individuals were friendly, but they were not available when their hours started they should be, and the truck I picked up was completely empty of gas and I had to go straight to the nearest gas station so I wouldn’t be stuck on the side of the road.
