Good gas station & employee’s, but a half twitted town, trying to make me serve time in jail when I support 6 people amongst my household.. over driving home drunk to avoid my brother getting beat up,& or my car vandalized.

Make sure all parts of the unit is in useable working condition before it leaves the property. If I would not have had rachet straps in my truck, The back of the car that I was hauling would not have been able to be tied down. The chain on your car hauler was not In usable condition.
MARK KThe trailer had a flat, I went on chat and the uhaul representative said they were looking into the situation and never responded back to me even after I waited over and hour. The pickup and drop-off locations were outstanding, but corporate customer service was horrible.
John RThe staff that “do” uhauls were not there. Others there knew nothing. I wish they would have just told me to check it in on the app. They sent me to other Macon location, who couldn’t accept it. I’m happy national number helped me, and changed me from driving 20 miles past my location, to go to haymakers. They were great!
