It was hard to pick up. Found the truck (not where mapped) and checked it out. Felt very unsafe in a residential area trying to find an office to get the keys. Tried calling loaction - no answer. Finally called corporate who contacted rentee. The guy came walking from within the complex looking like he just got out of bed. Took an hour to pick. It up. Disappointing at best.

Matthew LThe location was find but my experience was horrible. When you move is a stressful time and the planning is everything. So when you see your are not going to have a vehicle waiting till the last minute to inform someone is not helpful. Then you expect the customer to go in a whole other town to get a uhaul 3 hours after they was supposed to pick up.
