Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThey were friendly and polite, but the truck had a 'service needed on tire' light on. The store rep told me not to worry.luckily it was fine. I requested 12 blankets, they only had 8, he said he will adjust the bill. Not sure if he did..
Branka TWould have been better if I could have gotten the van when my reservation was scheduled… reservation for 7:30am reservation does not mean 9:3oam!!!
ROBERTM SI could not be more happy with my experience in dealing with this u-haul branch up here in Mahopac, NY. Speaking with Don and the field manager went so smoothly!! Definitely will use this cargo van again. It is a pleasure to drive and kept in great condition!! God bless all of you always!! Oh and we love the store clerk too!!
MICHELLE DThe family run business was so lovely to deal with, the store was absolutely immaculate and spotless. The van was spotless and the entire process from beginning to end was so smooth. I would highly recommend renting from this business and the items in their store are so beautifully displayed that you can see the pride this family has about their merchandise and products, so support this community family run business.
