Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisVery friendly, knowledgeable and unlike some other places they didn’t seem annoyed I was there for a pick up or return. Good experience.
JEFFERY MI always have a wonderful experience here with renting our Uhaul. 10/10!
KALEIGH CMake people aware of all the additional fees ahead of time rather than springing recovery fee and license fee and this fee and that fee when picking up the truck.
MICHAEL BIt's at a liquor store and the clerk didn't know the password to get into the UHAUL system. It took over 30 minutes to get checked out. And when we returned the truck, a different clerk was clueless and had to call her manager. This was not the location that we called to make the reservation so was very disappointed in with the entire experience.
