Bonnie was great, she helped us during a long trip and other location freight elevator was not working after we unloaded a 1/3 of our trailer. it was exhausting. Bonnie and her staff were so welcoming and accommodating. Would recommend and use them again if I need too. Thank you
Great experience...Bonnie helped expedite my truck pickup quickly and helped me pick out supplies for my move. The store and facility is exceptionally clean and well stocked. Kenny was instrumental in accommodating my truck return in a timely, professional manner. This location is well managed and it's nice to see customer service is still alive...Thanks guys..!!!!
The ride was a little bumpy, it may be the springs. But other than that it was good.
Ensure the windshield wipers work!!
Bonnie from Uhaul in Malden on Broadway offered outstanding customer service. She was a pleasure to work with. After a crazy snowstorm, she did everything she could to ensure that I was not inconvenienced. I'll be back and definitely recommend this location.
Check the windshield wipers and fluid more often! Nearly got into an accident because I couldn't see!!

I have used uhaul in the past and normally service is great. However this time, my pick up experience was one of the worst customer service experiences. I booked using the app and was happy to see contactless pickup with covid19 concerns. I arrived early went to the place the vehicle was supposed to be waiting. It was not there. I went inside and the key was behind the counter and the vehicle was out back. An employee brought the vehicle to the front and began to clean it. I completed the process on the app and confirmed with the employee who provided the vehicle I was good to go. A mile down the road I am called back to the uhaul as the checkout process was incomplete. I return and the most rude and impatient employee "assists" me with the check out process. During the next 30 minutes as I wait patiently I am told I "did the online checkout wrong" and I am "acting worse than a 2 year old" and that "we aren't just waiting here for you to pickup vehicles" there is additional conflict as the card reader does not work and demanding my card the employee is further enraged as the apple card has no visible numbers. Not wanting to add to the drama, I provided another card (which I had done via the app already) and left as quickly as I was able. 40 minutes after I was supposed to have a vehicle ready for me, I was insulted, yelled at and treated like trash but at least I had a vehicle. I understand people can have a bad day. At my worst day I would never treat a customer, client or anyone like this employee behaved. I am thoroughly disappointed in anyone behaving like this. It isn't everyone at this location, the two other employees who I interacted with were helpful and pleasant during the locating of the vehicle and the return. I hope this issue is resolved.
maintain the same level of service, and maybe provide some ropes for customers. also include some tips to help people move.
I couldn't get through on the phone. Wound up almost half an hour on hold w/ the national call center, which did not make me very happy. Wanted to drop off the truck & stuff for a storage bin by 6, got in & unloaded around 4:30, couldn't get clear about the bin until almost 5. Employees were extremely kind & helpful, and stayed late helping us get set up. Better phone service would have helped a lot.
Employee ( female) very helpful and knowledgeable. I wish more places had employees like her. Kudos to you for having someone like that!

The help I received was great!
We ordered a dozen furniture pads to be in the truck when we picked up - they were not there upon pickup unfortunately. Our movers were set to arrive before this uhaul location opened, which meant that we needed to use small towels and our own blankets to cover the furniture so we could avoid damage. Unfortunately, some of our most valued furniture did get damaged in the move, which could have been prevented with appropriate pads. We will address the damage with the movers, but I wish we wouldn't have needed to worry about this in the first place.

Rude and cohearaed me into a signing a contract that was false.
Someone put a restriction on me which came up as if I was a potential terrorist or on a wanted list. I had to call customer care in order to get that off the account for over 2 hours. Then I had ordered extra equipment about 3 items an dolly with 2 furniture rollers. They didn't have anything in stock which cause further daily in my day. The Quincy location should have been better prepared with clean trucks ready to go and all the promised equipment. The Malden location's manager or supervisor should be careful whom they put on a crime list it's embarrassing. The fact I didn't get a reduced rate or some still is killing me.
Tried to do self check in but truck was impossible to find. Still had to go inside
The truck was not clean l had to clean it personally when l pick it up..... there was bottles of waters on the floor that's gross to have trucks like this
I think Uhaul need to put some rope. It may help when you move. Overall all good.
