This place was nice overall but the next I had to go to a secondary place to get the truck is ridiculous. Then having to send information to a second phone and person to verify was just wasting time! I wasted at least an hour of time this morning and added extra miles that didn't need to happen. I hope so minimum in get that 50 dollar discount because of the guarantee y'all have for the truck to be ready at the location reserved. Not only was it not ready, there was no 26' or even a 20' truck to rent.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisTo make sure you notify the person that rented the truck...for a certain day that if they're not going to be at the building to notify the person that is rented the truck we were at the office for 4 hours trying to figure out how to get a key to the truck when the U-Haul office was closed due to an emergency and the key was in the lock box.
Melvin HThe office sign and location where to park sucks! You have no jacks for the 12-foot trailers. To lift the trailer onto and off my truck hurt my Back! I would not rent another 12' trailer or recommend to anyone to rent the 12-foot trailer until U-Haul mounts jack stands on those trailers. I had the trailer for 4 days and had to keep the trailer connected to my truck the whole time, which I didn't want to do. My back still hurts!
Thomas WTriple G is great to work with! The best customer service in the business! The only problem I had was the Uhaul app is absolute garbage! It never works and would not allow me to check my truck in. Ever time I use the app it is so painful. Uhaul, your apps useless!
JOSEPH LEverything was good until a mistake was made by checking PM instead of am for return time resulting in additional charges. Mistake was admitted, but not corrected as promised.
