The equipment should be propped up on a block instead of sinking into the mud. We had to return home with our Yukon XL to switch to a different hitch because the equipment could not raise high enough to reach out SUV trailer hitch. No assistance or help is available, however they ask if we have tools with us to change the hitch onsite or our own jack to jack up HIS equipment. We spent additional gas running back and forth to rent improperly stored equipment. I would not return.
GEOFFREY HOwner was in the hospital he was very nice however the old bastard that he had covering his was so rude old or not I was about to teach that old fuck some manors. I have spent over 10k this month with U-Haul and to be told off by some old man with one foot in the grave and no manors. This location license should be pulled and hopefully that old rude old ass hole does this world a service and pass on cause the world as a hole would be better with out him in it. It has been several days and I am still pissed at the way I was talked to by the owners friend. I can not say enough BAD things about how poor of an experience his friend this old bastard caused.
JOSEPH SI returned trailer on 5/18/24 at 10:00 am and was charged to 5/19/24 10:30 am. One extra day. Should be a better way of tracking time customers have items.
