The pick-up process took over an hour and they did not have either the requested dolly or blankets. We were moved to this location by dispatch a couple days prior and they even made us pick it up a day early. If that option were to come up again, we will refuse to change. The corporate locations are far better equipped to service our needs.

I had no issues. The staff was kind and professional. It was a great experience.

ERIC SThis was the third time (out of the last three times) I have shown up at the arranged location and the truck I reserved was not available. Storquest was awesome, but I had to Uber out of my way 30 minutes, drive 30 minutes additional back to pick up this truck. It delayed the start to my move, cost me extra money and time. This will be the very last time anyone in my immediate family rents a U-Haul. I was not even offered a discount or reimbursement for my troubles. Uber, extra mileage, extra gas, extra time. U-Haul is not what it used to be. Too many unreliable (and frankly shady) locations now. Do better.
