Gary LInspect the tires on the trailor. The trailor i had to take the tires were worn out and the cords on one of the tires were starting to let go otherwise the trailor was ok. I made a report to uhaul my drop off point to replace the tires for the next customer
JASON CExcellent customer service.
Sarah WMake sure the rental equipment reserved in advance is available at the reserved location so the customer doesn't have to drive for 2 hours to replace the equipment that was reserved and then rented out from under them 24 hours prior to pickup of the rental equipment that was reserved.
