I don't like picking up U-Haul's from storage facilities because they don't care about the U-Haul rental. They care more about their own sales with storage units. I picked up a U-Haul from there and returned it when I was done. I wanted the lady to do a walk around with me on the truck so that we are both on the same page but she refused to come outside. So what if she claims there to be damage on the truck and I didn't cause it? Now it's my fault right? From now on, I'll just rent from actual U-Haul locations only.
Bilal J.When signing up I thought my 10' moving van was $0,79 per mile but told since weekend $1,29 per mile. At 14 miles not a lot of difference. Uhaul should be clear on this when booking. Everything went smoothly.
