App didn't work and took forever to get someone on phone to help. You are all alone when you use this site. I have been a lifelong user of Uhaul but this experience was so bad I will definitely be looking for other alternatives. No employees and an app that doesn't work makes for a difficult experience.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI don’t have any feedback on the location but lots on the app and the process. You need to have updates to the app so when there is a change to a location you get the reason why. It is frustrating when you reserve ahead of time and have no reason why a location was changed. So a notification and reason would be a good addition. Also numerical field the whole keyboard should not appear. Also you should allow the loading of the pictures and driver’s license before hand lots of time wasted and it could have been handled before. You could do a verification at the time of pick up.
Monica SNot sure, Brenton and Steve were exceptionally great already.
silvia eDrop off location changed the day of reservation due to full capacity at original drop off point. Reservation was made by U-Haul, not myself, a week in advance. No clear indication of where to park uhaul during after hours.
Beka GApp was confusing and glitchy. Hard to tell if the process was complete
