Dustin was very helpful, however the pickup was delayed by almost 2 hours due to a rate change on my reservation. When I was presented with my paperwork, the rate was over triple what my original quote stated. When I mentioned this to Dustin, he tried to update it in the system to match my original quote, which then resulted in another increase. After trying several times to fix it and talking with his manager, he had to call the 800 number to get someone to fix the issue. After almost 2 hours, corporate was able to fix the issue and get my original price on the contract. All of this after having me drive almost 1 1/2 hours out of my way to get the trailer since they couldn't find a trailer for me to pick up with the truck I rented. U haul totally failed on this reservation. I will NOT use them in the future unless it is the only option available!!

JANA FThe person who checked me in was very nice and courteous. That said, I ordered a dolly, a rolling dolly, 6 blankets, all which were not available. I do not understand how I can order, you fulfill and confirm my order but when I get there to pick up, the things I need for my move are not available. That is downright idiotic. The truck also had two planks of wood inside so it was not totally cleaned out prior to my rental plus the fuel level was at 1/8th or 48 miles before it was on empty. Makes so you have to immediately fill up, which again, the truck should start with a full tank and the renters are required to get it back to full upon return or charged for the amount missing. Good golly folks, this is basic block and tackling.
