They were closed when we returned. Someone had left a pile of trash in front of their entrance. It was not the most pleasant sight.
JOHN JMy previous experience with UHaul from this facility was great! My second experience: not so much. The cargo space was dirty. It had gravel dirt, and debris. It also reeked of gasoline and a visible spill inside is noticeable. I really wish I had look inside before driving out the lot. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after my first experience. I cleaned up the space prior to putting my furniture in so that killed about 20 minutes from my allotted time. What was once a great experience became poor. A simple check by their staff prior to renting out the equipment could have prevented this.
Jonathan EBeing a gas station, mechanic’s, and the U-Haul place it’s a bit of a snug fit, but I thought the guys were very friendly/professional. Would def go back and recommend to friends.
Abigail Veveryone was to the point and efficient. desk is just in a cramped spot and the u-haul equipment is in the bumpiest most uneven gravel parking lot.
