This was the worst experience ever. Started with the day of pick up they changed my pick up location to a place 2hours away. Finally got a closer location we go to pick up and I was told to pay 995$ which is not what I booked for I booked it was 561$ they finally got it down to 584$ I picked up the truck on E and was told a 15$ credit was put on my account to not bring it back on E as high as had is that was no discount. I ended up spending 400$ on gas to go 387 miles. I repeately told them I was headed to Volusia county. They put my drop off in a entirely different county that was 1hr hour from where I was. I called to see why that lady was rude but she changed it to a place 45 min away which was still basically an hour away when there was 2 min away from me. I will never rent here again nor will my family.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThey charged me for 4 days when I only had it for 2days I went to check my bank account luckily and I caught it. Called customer service and got it straightened out. They refunded me my money but not for my account being overdrawn due to their mistake
