Shit was awful. App is the worst thing. Fix your tech and make it easier for customers. Stop being a lazy corporate company and hire more people.

Lisa HHaving a vape business as the storefront for UHaul is kind of odd, but it works. You need to have a Uhaul sign by the road. If it was there, I missed it. Also, the address for the vape shop is the same as the entrance to the Dobbins AFB, located across the street. That's not a good idea.
michael mThe agent who processed my order was getting instructions from another person over the phone. It took nearly 30 minutes to get the rental done. Never mind that I ordered a keyless pick-up. During this entire process the agent held on to driver's license which I ended up forgetting until someone else in the store returned while I was trying to move the truck. When I mentioned to the agent to make sure he hand the license back to clients, he responded with a snarky comment saying I should have also remembered to ask for my license in return. Really!! I was very disappointed with the entire handling of this rental. I would go to another location next time.
Chungu CI booked this Uhaul truck online. The pick-up location was at a Vape Shop and the site said this was the closest location to me. I do not smoke, DO NOT support vaping and smelled like incense when I left the shop. I tried to do the check in on my phone, but the app was going in circles and I HAD to go inside to ge the process completed. That being said, the gentleman in the shop was super friendly, helpful, and courteous and got my rental processed quickly. The van itself was fine EXCEPT the locking mechanism on the back was extremely hard to close so that it locked (I had to use a hammer one time). There is also not a ramp on a 10 ft truck, so that was a little tough lifting furniture (that is not a reflection on this rental place). It was further frustrating when we returned the truck and went a different way home only to pass an actual UHAUL location (not an outsourced place) that was CLOSER to our home. WHY wouldn't this one have shown up on our search??? FYI, this same thing happened 2 weeks ago when our son rented a 10 ft trailer. SO, truck was fine, rental process through the app not so fine.
