The cab of the vehicle was very dirty, we spent a half hour wiping everything down, the cup holder looked like it had chewing tobacco in it, it was gross. The wiper blades bounced and did not effectively remove the rain, very dangerous! The dashboard plexiglass was damaged by some chemical I assume and was milky and was very difficult to see through in the daylight. UHaul has issued a refund of $50.

The renter did not walk the vehicle with me on checkout and I missed noting a few things because I was in a hurry so then I had to spend time calling and reporting the probes as soon as I got to my destination

Make sure reserved uhaul is actually available. Had to settle for a much smaller truck even though we had a reserved truck for about two months prior to the day we needed it. No one called us to tell us the truck was not going to be available . Was sent to this location last minute, which was completely out of the way, and still did not receive the truck we were promised. Maintain trucks. Fix breaks. Transmission slips. Truck was filled with about 8 open bags of moving blankets. Very unsatisfied and made my moving day significantly harder and more stressful. Will not use uhaul ever again.

I reserved a truck a month ago. It wasn’t where I ordered from. I had to go to another location - they said they had my reservation, but no truck. I went back to the place I made my reservation and the store owner called uhaul for assistance. Within 15 minutes of his call for help, the other location miraculously found a truck for me! I had to go back again to get the truck. It was very frustrating because I made a reservation, got a confirmation email, called on Thursday evening to also confirm. What a lot of running around. It was so unorganized.

Difficult to reach on the phone, customer service was lackluster, and the rep did not help hook the trailer up or test for brake lights, etc as the UHaul reps typically do.

I booked this truck because I had a moving company tell me I needed one in order to have my items transferred into a truck that can enter into my subdivision as opposed to their 18 wheeler. I originally had my pickup time for 6 PM on Sunday but did not pick up the truck until 9 PM on Monday due to the moving company changing their times on me at the last minute. When I asked the store owner if I could have my time changed since the truck was still on the lot and not moved, he laughed and said you have to pay for another day.I drove a total of 3 miles and was charged $100. I've used Uhaul quite a lot in the past but due to this experience I do not see myself renting from here again.

Fellow East Cobbers please do yourself a favor and stay away from this UHaul. Not customer driven, arrogant and will treat you like crap. this attitude does not belong in East Cobb. My wife rented a truck at 5pm. Due to delays we extended the time by an extra day. We were told it was promised to another party so we were told to deliver it by 9am the next day when we had until 5pm. They had booked the truck without having it. We were not credited for the early arrival and had to jump through hoops to get it there at 9am. We were dismissed by the owner of the gas station and told we should have known that we couldn't extend that particular truck another day. All the other trucks were okay to extend but not this truck. Avoid this place like the plague.

1. We ordered a dozen furniture blankets but the store only had 3, which was a problem. 2. We contracted thru U-Haul for a pair of moving helpers to assist us. They were to load the furniture at the seller’s home and then unload at our storage unit. The mover texted me for the address the night before, and all was good or so I thought. We asked they be here at 10; I got a text the morning saying he accepted another job. So, we were on our own. No notice. Mover later texted he’d be willing to come later that day. The seller only had that specific time available to load. I am recovering from (2) heart attacks and needed the help. Come on!!! I wound up calling friends and enlisting the seller and his wife to load. REFUND Please Never again.

Truck was all muddy inside. Didn't have enough blankets. The blankets I did get where damp and musty. Had to dry each blanket before using.

Our paperwork was given to another customer so we had no paperwork to sign. Our concern is that information such as our credit card, drivers license, home address, etc. was on the paperwork. We were assured that it was not. Only hope this is the case!

This location provided no assistance attaching trailer to truck/hitch. I had to do everything myself. As a first time user, this was very frustrating and time consuming. The fact that I needed to be somewhere 1.5 hours after the scheduled pick up time (which seemed like plenty of time when I made the appointment given that the place I needed to be was only 10 minutes away) and that I was late for that only exacerbated the matter.

I booked the reservation 30 days in advance at a nearby Ace Hardware. The day before I needed it, they did not have one and sent me to the large U-Haul store on Hwy 92 in Woodstock. Woodstock called me and said they did not have a truck and sent me to this Valero gas station. Gas station clerk had to deal with me, lottery customers and gas/food customers. However, overall not too bad. After 6 years renting a 26' truck, I sure would like to get one of the new 26' Ford Triton V-10 trucks the next time.
