Diane MCheck engine light was on. No gas in the vehicle. I returned the vehicle with more gas than I picked it up with and still got charged for fuel
THOMAS BVery informed on the workings of U-Haul . Helpful and kind . I will return when I need to rent a truck in the future.
Leinaala WThanks to the team at Drive It for an amazing experience renting a U-Haul truck. The whole process was incredibly smooth and super easy from start to finish. Their customer service was outstanding, with clear and simple communication the entire time. All I had to do was show up, pick up the van, and return it—no issues at all. I truly appreciate their professionalism and efficiency. I highly recommend Drive It and want to thank them for making everything so effortless.
