The computer system was slow. It took us 30 to 45 minutes to get the paperwork completed. Otherwise, we were happy with the price and equipment. Thank you

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI always use Riverside Bait & tackle because I get outstanding customer service. If they don't have what i need I will go where they refer me too. I always reserve at this location only. 1st choice because of outstanding customer service. I recently reserved rental from here in Sept. And afterwards I kept getting texts and phone calls from 317 number trying to get me to pick up elsewhere. Saying what I wanted was not available and I went to riverside. They said no we have you reserved.
LORRAYNE HThey are always nice to do business with.
Michael CNothing. Everything was great.
James NAbsolutely the nicest UHaul vehicle I’ve ever seen in my life, granted it was brand new with only 98 miles on it, but what a great driving experience! Having this rental to move our son into college makes life much easier, protects all of his belongings that we’ve spent a lot of money on, and the fact that I can do mobile check in and returns is awesome!
