Location is fine. The mobile app pickup process is terrible and can be much improved with just some process improvements. One, have the customer complete the driver verification process much earlier than at the time of pickup. Having to submit a driver's license, picture of yourself, and 2 references at the time of pickup is just not customer friendly at all. 2. Update the instructions to state that the customer should arrive an hour prior to the time of pickup. Not 1 hour within the pickup time. That's confusing as it seems to imply just arrive an hour before or up to an hour after your scheduled pickup. If these simple changed can not be made, just sunset or disable the mobile pickup process until further notice.
