They told us the u-haul was on a quarter tank and we drove it out realized the tank was basically empty, but we had to return it with a quarter also told us we would receive our deposit back well after buying them 20$ in fuel we didn't use and washing the truck off for return they tell us we wouldn't receive our full deposit. Guess that's what the world has came to as long as you can make it look good on paper then nothing else matters thanks u-haul won't use em again

The owner of Pikes Garage ended up showing up and processing my license so I could finish up renting the truck; however, the scanner to read my drivers license would not download on 2 different cell phones. If the owner would not have showed up, it would be a whole different story, Things went well after that but I spent an hour trying to download the scanner and calling U-Haul about 5 different times.

MITCHELL HMy experience was excellent
James PI asked to return the truck to a different location & wasn't told I had to return it to same location. Got a text & an email I had to pay another $230 for returning to wrong location. I actually returned the truck 2 days early & was told I'd get one day refund. I haven't gotten a dime back plus I had to go get the truck & return it to the original location. I'm done renting UHauls!
