Truck was clean for a truck but cup holders were all sticky. I used only 6 miles, put $3 of gas and for some reason I got charged $9 from u-haul. Did not understand the logic. The truck had 1/8 of gas when I got it.

Denzel JTHe interior was very dirty. White sticky residue down the passenger door and floor mat. Coffee, soda, IDK. I actually cleaned the interior it was so bad. Tde tires were 10 to 13 lbs under inflated! I corrected the tire pressure. The app to sign out the truck was problematic. But eventually was able to complete the checkout process. Check in process was also problematic but finally worked. Took a half hour each time to get app to work! Have a person available for checkout please.
James AUhauls phone app is sort of difficult to use. I kept on putting my address in and it would not take it until I put it in all caps I really liked using this location because there was an actual person there so I didn't need to use your app. He was great and got me out quickly
