The unit was not clean inside and the air conditioner did not cool at all, only warm air coming from the vents.
Marjorie BI drove up and guy came out and took the keys and said that was all I had to do. I then receive an e-mail with extra charges. When I received the truck it was on empty the speedometer said 35 miles to empty. When the truck was returned it was over 50 miles to empty. I get a fuel charge when the truck had more gas in it when it was returned then when it was received. The feeling I have after this trip is terrible. I have rented several trucks and trailers from u-haul with fantastic experiences. The next move I make I will call the other companies first before u-haul.
Darren HFilthy with dog hairs, almost on empty, had no paper work to carry in truck , in case of anything going wrong. No one came out to talk upon pickup or return. There was no where to see mileage, didn’t talk about charges I paid $45 upon pickup and was charged another $145 plus on yesterday to my card it’s very unprofessional. Key was in truck for pickup and replaced upon return. I only drove back and forth from Avondale to Westerville to Bayou Segnett fell as if I’m over charged
