The person there was very knowledgable and dad me on my way very quickly. The only thing we could not find was the name of the dropoff locatin near to my final location so I checked the box that I would find the nearest one to me. When I arrived at Buffalo Warrior Way on Tuesday afternoon the weather had knocked out the power but they accepted the trailer and told me they would check it in on Wednesday when the power was back up. I was told Wednesday that I was going to be charged a fee because I did not return the trailer to some other location you had selected. It would have been nice if you would have let me know where this location was before I got to BWW.

KRISTY MLocation lied about how much fuel was in the rental truck and charged me for fuel. I put the same amount i left with the truck and the location lied and said it was half full and I have photo proof. Will be taking it to someone
ZACHARY PI couldn’t retrieve the key. There was no one available onsite to assist. Total disaster!
