Ali BKristen was extremely helpful by guiding me through the truck returning experience! She also helped me in getting a storage unit rental set up. Kristen was very courteous and pleasant. She explained everything in a clear and easily understandable manner.
Rebecca WKeep doing whatever it is you're doing! It works!
CURTIS WThe inside of the truck was not clean, and the back of the truck had dirt but I did not see the back of the truck at pick up. U-haul is trying to charge me a cleaning fee for something that I did not do!
