Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe key was stuck in the box. I don’t believe it to be the fault of any employee, but the giant plastic tag was stuck on the screw in the pickup box and I had one heck of a time getting it out! It was pouring down rain and I spent a good few minutes shoving my fingers in the small gap I could get open and I busted up my knuckles and broke a nail and barely even got it out. Maybe some change to the key boxes can be administered? Again, I don’t think it’s the fault of the location or the employees!
