Open the back of the U-Haul and make sure it is clean. I already picked up the truck and was at my destination to start loading it up but when I did. It was disgusting and it smelled like horse manure. The floor and the granny nook was all sticky and there was blankets still in there that were wet and smelled. So I had to sweep and mop the inside of the truck before I even started packing stuff up in to it. That is my only complaint about the truck.

We had many issues with the Hedgesville location and after over an hour of trying to get our truck were sent further away for a truck that had the tire pressure light on that was also definitely not cleaned prior. I would like to speak to whoever is in charge of this location.

ALEXANDER EI brought the truck on the 24th hour and moved my car then put gas in it and parked it went inside to square up and was told I was being charged for a Thor day because I should have come in first because now it was 9:20 so I have to pay for another day computer did not know I was there.
