I had requested an appliance dolly but none was in the truck. Interior of truck was dirty. App did not work at all which took an additional 25 minutes.

I called to confirm they were open and I was on my way. Individual answered with a “hello”. I asked if this was a U-haul location and was told “we have some here”. I told him I am to drop off the trailer and he said come on by. Upon arrival, I could see several trucks and a few trailers line up against a fence, but the business was some sort of a weight lifting gym. I called again and said I was here, thinking there would be some inspection or something to sign, etc. I was told “ok, just leave it there”. I unhooked trailer, took some pics as proof the trailer was not damaged and left. Not once did I see anyone which seemed very odd.
