Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisVery rude! Not helpful at all. Seems irritated that we were dropping off the U-Haul
lia ySeems like they don't want to be a Uhaul drop off/pick up location anymore but I hope they don't stop cause it's a super convenient location for me. Just used a truck for a quick dump run and didnt have problems.
Kristoffer GExcellent customer service- I would highly recommend this location
DONNA FI was informed at the drop off location about a mileage charge that was never communicated to me. Not sure who’s job it is to let the customer know, but it was very surprising and frustrating. It may be the responsibility of the person I reserved with over the phone. This could be improved. The service at the drop off location was quick and easy and professional.
