When we had a problem with a rental, the personnel could not help us and was told to call the main office. This is total lack of customer and literally the problem was thrown back in our face. This is totally unacceptable! In addition, your computer systems have had all kind of problems on this rental. Perhaps your systems need a thorough review and or upgrade in order to satisfy customers needs in a timely manner.

Building was closed. Dropped keys thru the slot.
ROBERT WThis location is pretty much just a drop box as near as I could tell. There were no staff available on Sunday afternoon and it is located in a strip mall. The entire area looks a bit run-down.
ERIC LGabe was a pleasure to work with. Will use this location again in the future.
ADAM VThere is no clear indication of where to drop off the truck or put the keys. And ended up being charged $66 for using this location as a drop off even after searching through my contract, using the drop off locator on the U-Haul site and calling customer service to verify this was a drop off site. Don't suggest drop off locations that you'll just end up charging the customer for using
