I had a mixed experience with this U-Haul location. The customer service was outstanding – the staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient, which I really appreciated. However, the condition of the vehicle left much to be desired. Unfortunately, I marked the vehicle as clean before realizing the inside was quite dirty. There was unopened boxed wine tucked by the window visor and miscellaneous receipts in the door, which made me question how thoroughly the vehicle had been cleaned. Additionally, there was a notification about the left front tire being low, which I would have expected to be addressed before rental. While the staff was excellent, I hope more attention can be given to ensuring the vehicles are properly cleaned and maintained in the future.
OWEN FThe manager was very kind and professional but the equipment was not well maintained at all. Front drivers side tire pressure was dangerously low so I had to go home to fill it. Headlight out, leak in the cargo area and very dirty.
