The GPS location is set around the corner at the old Bon Ton entrance rather than the Uhaul location. After a long frustrating conversation with customer service a random woman shouted to me in the rain, it's around the corner. Same thing happened to me last week. Then an hour from my destination (after almost 7 hours on the road) the check engine Add oil now light came on. I pulled into a garage and they pulled the dip stick and there was literally almost no oil left. There is no way the normal mainenance has been done on the vehicle and now I paid $12 and went out of my way to be sure the engine didn't seize in my final miles. I use Uhaul a lot but expect more.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe gps ping area is no where near the keys if I wasn't from this town I would never have found it I actually had to help another guy three days later bec he couldn't find it the customer service said it's near bonton which hasn't been here in 15 years !
Windy DUsing the app to get the key has been difficult for me a few times now I hate it it’s much easier to have someone there to help you sign it out also why charge over 5.00 a gallon of gas when it’s not that much I always put gas in this last time I forgot and I was charged 11.80 for two gallons of gas I’ve rented quite a few Uhauls in the past I’ve never had an actual trouble with the uhaul it’s self it’s convient to move all at once thank you for that
PAULA SThe website is useless. It doesn’t retain information, it does not show that a person has a reservation, it was not helpful. It made the whole situation more stressful than necessary. It did not add ANY convenience to the experience. Drop off was much smoother.
gabby othe app dosent always work
