There was nobody available to help with trailer hookup or answer questions. I was standing in the hot sun under no shelter trying to figure out which truck was mine, how to get the key, and how to facilitate the process. The woman who I called on the phone was nice enough, and helpful, but put me on hold for 15 minutes right in the middle of trying to obtain a key. Fortunately, there was a helpful neighbor from the auto shop located across from the rental location who was kind enough to assist with everything.

I must say Thank you though, your inability to come through for us forced us to look at another vendor that bailed us out last weekend and they now have our corporate rental business, simply cannot handle teh hassle of UHAUL any longer!!
Ryan WI contacted the store that I rented the uhaul from to notify the rep that the vehicle should have possibly been checked been for PM maintenance. However when i called and spoke with someone named Ross he was very dismissive
