The team at the Matteson location was extremely nice and helpful, not their fault UHAUL let us down again with not having the trucks we rented weeks in advance. I must say Thank you though, your inability to come through for us forced us to look at another vendor that bailed us out last weekend and they now have our corporate rental business, simply cannot handle teh hassle of UHAUL any longer!!

I contacted the store that I rented the uhaul from to notify the rep that the vehicle should have possibly been checked been for PM maintenance. However when i called and spoke with someone named Ross he was very dismissive
