Just not good - reserved for Sullivan Ill - was informed the day before pick up that I would have to drive 20 minutes each way to pick up in another town - if I had known pick was not available (as advertised/anticipated/ordered) I would have chosen another option...then received 2 phone calls, 8 emails, and 3 texts concerning various things - all of which could have been dealt with in initial order process.... Too much crap and confusion to make it worth it.
GREGORY Mthe only complaint is that this location wasn't my first choice & was 20 minutes out of the way. But the pick up experience was smooth and they were very helpful.
Benito ABusiness owner was awesome! Huge lot, easy to maneuver! He's always our first stop.
Charlie SIt was a tad bit of a lengthy process but I see why. Cut down on Long lengthy emails which mine did not include the drop off that was kind of a pain. But the U-Haul place that I did drop it off took care of it.
