I can't begin to explain how frustrating this experience was. They know that their app doesn't work well, yet they promote it on all of their phone system's hold times. So, I'm in the middle of nowhere at some convenience store that looks like they sell crack out of the back of it, smelling horse manure for almost an hour trying to pick up a truck. I'm there trying to use the app to get into the lockbox for the key, and it then wants me to identify myself. Are you kidding me? Then after 45 minutes, they want to call someone who knows me? Seriously? It could be anyone...they don't know. It could be your partner in stealing the truck...so stupid. Then, the app still will not work, so I'm guided to the website to log in, and yes...you guessed it, that doesn't work right either. I'm an easy going person, but I've never wanted to slam my phone to the concrete and give up...of course, that would be after calling Uber and making sure I had the code for them. That was by far the worst experience that I've had with anything - ever. I'll never rent another Uhaul again. Never.

The representative on site was very helpful. He unstuck my hitch pin, and assisted with the electrical connection, even though I arrived at his closing hour. He was very friendly about it too..Who cares if the exterior paint was peeling, the trailer towed smooth and had no problems..
