Ordered a fifteen foot truck, got a ten foot truck. Was told there were no other trucks available after putting in a rental for the 15ft BUT for the 5 hours that I had this truck, there were 2- 15 foot trucks sitting in the same alley way that I picked up the 10 foot truck from. Got charged for mileage, as I was supposed to, but due to the smaller truck had to make 2 trips instead of one which caused a higher mileage charge. Did not order insurance got charged for insurance. Tried to call to get this figured out.Nobody answers.
GREGORY MThe truck was completely empty no equipment at all. This made my move very difficult. My son and brother had to move this extremely heavy dinning room set. I was praying that they didn't hurt their backs! It was very hard to move the table and pieces of China cabinet with glass was very hard to move without a dolly or pads to protect the glass! The process of getting the keys and sending them photos was very annoying, and if I ever decide to get another truck it will be from a different place. I need to talk to people and double check to see if I have everything I need inside! This experience was very annoying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tracey SWhen the equipment is returned, it should be logged in on the system the day it was returned. Not wait two days later and charge the Customer additional days rental when the truck was returned. In other words, I rented the truck on 18 April returned the truck on 21 April And I was charged two additional days after I returned the truck. You should stop that practice now I am in a dispute with my credit card company and use the U-Haul provider. This is unacceptable. You need to do better.
