Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis was our third pick up location in two hours. The first one didn’t have a truck our size ready for after hours pick up, even though we reserved one weeks ago. We called customer service who sent us to a second location where one was supposed to be, only to get there and find that it did not have one our size ready either. A wonderful customer service agent helped us to this third location and stayed on the line with us or over 30 minutes while we made the drive and made sure we got our truck. Overall, the experience was terrible, even though that final agent whose name we did not get was wonderful.
Ken FAlthough the check in at the Uhaul site was not a good experience as the Order number was not showing on their computer, however after a while the resolution came with a call to customer services. Rest was all fine. The agent was friendly and helpful.
Shahid MPicking up a U-Haul from a gas station was extremely inconvenient for both parties.
Dennis TPicking up the truck at a gas station where attendants are no English speakers is extremely frustrating and unnecessary complicated. Truck was mechanically borderline inoperative, the whole time driving it I thought transmission was gonna blow up on me. I never leave reviews on anything but experience was really bad, I took the time to write this.
