Coming in to pick up the haul the young lady was very nice and helpful. I noticed the truck was dirty and quickly came in to tell her and she was apologetic and willing to note it for me. When dropping the truck off I came across a male who was VERY rude. As I walked in the do I commented “oh I didn't realize you guys are still open†he said very rudely “we aren't we are closeâ€! So I was like the door was open but okay. I then ask about checking the uhaul in and he then said “ just put the keys in the box and leave the truckâ€again in a rude way. I ended up looking though my phone for the truck information and realized that I didn't need him to check the truck in. Overall the truck was easy to pick up. Very dirty and the furniture blankets were disgusting and not even in the bag on the wall.
