Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis place was so helpful when I had issues with my rental. They upgraded me for same lower price. The guy behind the counter really came through for me when I felt stressed about our move. Would definitely recommend renting from here.
Whitney MOnly thing I would ask is be a little clearer on where the U-hauls are parked. The majorly of the trucks were behind the shopping strip. However there was one U-Haul truck parked out in the front of the stores and I spent a better half of 10 mins using the app and scanning that QR code and it was the wrong truck and I had to drive around back and look for it. Other than that my experience was great.
Phillip T1. Fix the app 2. Vet some of these sites. I shouldn’t have to walk around the building to the back lot 3. Too expensive for a 19 mile round trip 4. $20 for a check in fee? Pls see point 1 above.
Michael CAbsolute worst experience ever. Absolutely furious. Our truck wasn't available when we got there, waited hours when we called, had to go to a different location, had to pay more for a bigger truck, were told the dolly and pads weren't available for rent but we could buy them, and then got charged double for everything for absolutely no reason.
