The worker/owner at the location told me to move aside so he could help other customers when I had waited in line like everyone else at the gas station. I had selected in person check-in instead of online because I have my toddler with me and it was very inconvenient and I have self service in the area of the pick up location. The man was very rude and incredibly unprofessional. The inside floor of the vehicle was very dirty as was windshield and there was debris and And garbage left in the cab as well as the trailer from previous customers. The mileage was 0,8 miles off and did not update correctly.

I was confused about the process and the clerk wasn’t very helpful and took a long time.
