Need an in person rental person to assist with pickup. Only had a phone number and I left a message an never got a call back.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis was my first time renting. I wasn’t aware how important it is to pick up on time. Maybe send message of the time rules to customers.
Donna SThe app made the pick up and drop off easy. The key was easily accessible at the lock box. Took some photos with the help of the app and off we went to clear out a storage unit.
David RWas charged for gas in error. Call rep and she was not very helpful. Had to call customer service for a refund
VILLIE GAmber, the employee who coordinated my rental & pick-up, but also went above and beyond by trouble-shooting any and all problems I had along the way. Deserves a raise and/or promotion, she was dedicated, professional, and ridiculously helpful.
