Clean interior - truck had a bad smell inside. Service truck - after a few miles the ABS light and Traction Control light came on, brakes were very poor. Customer service - no-one at office at 4pm when it said it was open until 7pm. App told me I was in wrong location when I was standing next to the truck I eventually drove off in. Tried calling for assistance, was passed around from one operator to another, finally got through to support who told me it would be between i and 2 hours wait. Then they hung up on me.

We have been storage customers for over 10 years we were here for the fire that almost destroyed everything but our items were not even scorched just some ashes inside Sosha is best and we will miss her very much recommend for storage and U-Haul needs

YESSICA VN/A - same feedback as the pickup location. The staff were wonderful and it was easy dropping off the truck! For this location specifically, it would be helpful for U-Haul to call out / mention that the drop off location is on the small hill parallel to the storage site, rather than inside the storage location itself. Pictures of the roadway in / hill / key drop off by the fence would be great!
ETHAN PI understand that things are under construction sometimes. I understand that while I'm moving and I'm probably stressed out is not your problem. But what I am frustrated with is there was zero signage to say where the U-Hauls go. The instructions say to park them diagonally in a parking lot. And the red box that has a tiny sign on it listed as key drop off is behind the cones where you're not allowed to go under construction. No one was available to answer the phone, it went straight to voicemail. There was no business name associated with it to indicate that I was calling the correct number. The bare minimum that could be done is to set customers up for success. It's one thing if it's Monday through Friday when somebody's there. It's a completely different ball game when it's on a Sunday evening.
