I understand that things are under construction sometimes. I understand that while I'm moving and I'm probably stressed out is not your problem. But what I am frustrated with is there was zero signage to say where the U-Hauls go. The instructions say to park them diagonally in a parking lot. And the red box that has a tiny sign on it listed as key drop off is behind the cones where you're not allowed to go under construction. No one was available to answer the phone, it went straight to voicemail. There was no business name associated with it to indicate that I was calling the correct number. The bare minimum that could be done is to set customers up for success. It's one thing if it's Monday through Friday when somebody's there. It's a completely different ball game when it's on a Sunday evening.

There was a lot of street construction going on by the city which made it difficult to find. The gal who checked me in though was very nice and helpful.
