Have the gas tank full. Having to guess how much gas I would need cost me an extra $40. Because of this I will look at other rental companies in the future. Felt like a way to take advantage of customers..

Vehicle was dirty, I had to clean it before loading and driving....for example there were bugs on it and had to clean the windshield
MARK ZYou can have the staff at the uhaul dealer on s. Pacific hwy Medford Oregon, retrained for customer service. Not very nice at all. I walked out pissed more at the staff not the company it's self.

The website would not load, the app said I could not return my vehicle due to having used too many attempts to log into the app (though I had literally just downloaded it?).
