Vehicle was filthy inside. I had to sweep up a thick layer of sawdust. Instructions for getting keys were incorrect and sent me in the wrong direction multiple times

The location was supposed to be open, but had a hand written sign in the door that said closed today. I had even changed the pickup time to align with their hours. It was not the location I had chosen. I had to call in to eventually access the truck which took longer than expected.
AARON VHave the gas tank full. Having to guess how much gas I would need cost me an extra $40. Because of this I will look at other rental companies in the future. Felt like a way to take advantage of customers..
Jeff CVehicle was dirty, I had to clean it before loading and driving....for example there were bugs on it and had to clean the windshield
MARK ZYou can have the staff at the uhaul dealer on s. Pacific hwy Medford Oregon, retrained for customer service. Not very nice at all. I walked out pissed more at the staff not the company it's self.
