The guys operating it are not Wally trained in how to handle the rental process efficiently.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisSurprised with hidden fees after the rental. Employees were too hard to understand and couldn’t explain anything properly, nor do they answer the phone. Bill wound up being double what I was told, and they gave me the truck with almost no fuel in it. I had to wait 25 minutes after pickup time to get the truck because it’s a beer store and he kept stopping setting me up to ring people up. I asked to get it at the central point location and they transferred my rental to this dump. Will not get a U-Haul again, this was a terrible experience and I will be telling everyone.
Matthew JPeople running it seemed to have little clue what was going on and unfriendly attitudes
Iain VThey over charged me $17 for I have no idea what. I returned the truck cleaner than how I got it. The service was ok but was a bit hard on communication.
Angela GThe young man helping me was still learning the system and was not very fluent in English, but was nice, patient and got help when needed.
