The app experience was terrible via connectivity at that location, and although visually clean, the cab of my truck reeked like an old diaper.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisoverall great experience
james mAll was handled so well - I had called a few days before as I was picking up early on a Sunday morning and the manager of the location was great. He explained the pickup/dropoff process and was patient. I used the Uhaul app and it worked perfectly.
John DThey were very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate me. I needed the truck earlier than when they opened and he came in early for me. Excellent customer service.
Steve WNot so much as any improvements, Joe, the gentleman that assisted me, attaching a tow dolly to my truck, he was outstanding. Friendly and thoughtful
