Everything was okay until I received a call from UHaul two days after returning the van that the van had actually not been returned. The rep who called me explained that the location I dropped it off had not checked in the van. When your a van is returned, it should be checked in immediately. You should not call customers accusing them of not returning the van when they have done their part.

John WThe manager was out, the area manager couldn't get into the system to find the reservation, she couldn't find the truck keys, the truck hadn't been cleaned and was filthy, the place was a dump, it took an hour and a half to manage to get the truck at all. The area manager tried, but the only person (!!) who knew how to get anything done was out, and there were no accessible records. Your operation is a posterchild of how not to run a business.
Simon WIt was an unmanned mini storage in a rough part of town. There was not a designated parking area to leave the truck
Ewing MI wasn't even supposed to go to this UHaul location, I was supposed to go to the one on Union Ave. They oversold their trucks and sent me out of my way to this location, even though I had reserved a truck 2 weeks prior to my move. Also, I had reserved moving blankets online. When I got there they had 1/4 of the quantity I needed, held for me despite reserving them online AND despite confirming that they had 12 in-store 24 hours prior. This location is horrible and I would never recommend them to anyone else.
