The lady that I dropped the U-Haul off to on 5/5/2021 was very rude. She had a horrible attitude from the time we made contact with each other. I was not able to get her name but she definitely needs more training on how to deal with customers.Eboni T.

I was told it would cost around $33 dollars to rent the truck and it was back in an hr but my account shows it was debited for $112.59 and even a 2nd charge was on there for $96.54... I then had an Invoice sent to me stating I owe $59.. Super confused how $33 went to debuting over $200? Can some please credit this back asap??Joaquin N.

The truck performed the task but should have the front end looked at. Plenty of cavitation while driving down the road. Also the headlights are extremely out of focus / alignment. The interior of the truck and box were in very good shape.Phillip G.
Very poor customer service. I arrived at 4:45 on a Sunday to return the tow dolly. I was told by Desiree they were closed. I said they were supposed to be open until 5:00. She said her manager tells her to close early. I asked if I could just drop it off and she said no. She said another location accepted after hours trailer returns. I drove over there and at 5:02 everyone was gone and there was no information about after hours trailer returns. I took it back to the original location on Monday morning and the rep was courteous and helpful. In all, I wasted 45 minutes of my time and had to keep the dolly overnight and return during work hours.John B.

We got a call the day before we were supposed to return the truck asking us to return it earlier so we did and when we got to the drop off location, they refused it. After arguing for 20 minutes, they finally took the truck. Horrible experience with UHaul. I will never use them again.Joseph H.
The young lady was not really helpful when I first arrived.I asked were any small uhauls available and her response was NO.I seen many parked out front so I then asked were all of the uhauls reserved already,she responded yes.So I called Uhaul customer service and asked the representative to assist me in locating a small truck.I told her I was sitting in front of UHAUL at 733 99 Us64 and could she locate me one nearby.She said sure there is one where you are right now.My face dropped ! I reserved it with the representative and walked back to the front desk to let them know.A heavy set gentleman was at the front desk instead of the lady.He was very helpful.TAMMY B.

I was charged for almost 40 additional miles. I called Uhaul two hours after receiving my receipt to report the incorrect charge. They said they would â€œlook into itâ€. I have a picture of the dashboard from when I started up the truck the first time. It shows the correct mileage. I have used uhaul many times, but this will be the last time.Joseph S.

Couldn't believe the unprofessionalism of the individual that helped us. At one point, he rolled his eyes at us when we asked to complete paperwork in the store and not on our mobile. He just didn't seem very excited to be there. We'll definitely go to a different location next time. The truck was great though!CHARLES W.

I had a 6 p.m. reservation to pick up a trailer. I chose 6 p.m. because I work 35 minutes away from home and know it would be cutting it close to get home from work. Ended up running a bit late getting home due to having to settle things at work before going out of town, and traffic. Got home at 6:30. Husband went right over to pick up trailer. Arrived at 6:40. Shop hours are until 7:00 p.m. Girl said they were closed and refused to give him the trailer. Said she didn't care, her boss said she could close early. When we called U-haul for a supervisor we were told it was our fault for not being there BY 6:00 p.m.. Had to pick up trailer at 7 in the morning, load up that morning and be over 3 hours late getting where I needed to be. When I arrived, the gal first told me "I need you to move your car!" (No please or pleasant greeting or request). In fact the whole transaction she was not friendly and rather rude. All employees at this location tend to be rude and act like they are doing you a favor. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE would have been to call the customer with the reservation to see if they are still coming in. You don't just decide to close early and refuse to serve a customer who it standing in front of you.Cynthia B.

I would have given it more stars but the 24/7 uhaul process was horrible. Was to pick up a 7 and winded up have to go in and do everything, so it was a late start. Returned the truck at 10 that night but because the 24/7 was not working correctly I was charged for the full 24 hours. Please update the siteJORDAN H.
